Accommodation

A number of rooms in three different hotels have been booked at special rates for ESA12 participants.

Booking for these contingents should be made through the online registration form in connection with registration for the congress. The rates are only valid when you make your hotel reservation by using the congress online registration form.

Please note that all room reservations will be made on first-come, first-served basis and all reservations will be subject to availability. Hotel accommodation will be confirmed in the confirmation email.

Hotel payment
The hotel deposit  should be paid in advance together with the congress fee. Participants are requested to cover their personal expenses directly at the hotel at latest upon check-out. All room prices include buffet breakfast, hotel service charge and VAT.

The hotel payment is non-refundable if the cancellation is made after 30 June 2012. Possible cancellations or changes to the hotel reservations should be made only in writing by email to the congress secretariat .

Your hotel reservation is confirmed after the hotel deposit payment has been received. Please also indicate on the registration form if arrival at the hotel is scheduled after 18:00 so the congress secretariat can inform the hotel about your late arrival. The hotel room will be at your disposal from 14:00 on the day of arrival and the regular check-out time is 12:00.

Scandic Marski Hotel

The standard rooms are between 16-20 sqm, and have a private bathroom with a bathtub and/or shower. All our standard rooms are equipped with a safe deposit box, air conditioning, minibar, TV with movie channels, trouser press, wireless internet access, desk and an armchair for relaxing.
Breakfast and morning sauna are included in the room price.

Scandic Grand Marina Hotel
Katajanokanlaituri 7, 00160 Helsinki [distance to venue: 1,2 km]
The standard rooms are between 20 and 22 sqm and have separate bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. They are equipped with a hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, flat screen TV with movie channels, wireless internet access, desk with ergonomic chair and bright light, minibar, iron, ironing board, safe deposit box, phone and an armchair for relaxing. The standard rooms are available with twin beds (90cm each). Breakfast and morning sauna are included in the room price.

Hotel Arthur

The rooms are equipped with private shower and bathroom, telephone, TV, Pay-TV and hairdryer – some with minibar. Breakfast is included in the room price.
Single Standard: € 100; Double Standard: € 120
